Hi! I'm Sarah, the redheaded girl mom behind Work Life Glue. I'm a mom that has been working in some capacity since I first pushed out a baby back in 2015. I have been a teacher, nanny, daycare provider, and I've pretty much always had a side hustle since that phrase was created. Now I run Work Life Glue in the nooks and crannies of my day while caring for and homeschooling our three daughters, ages 6, 4, and 1. My husband, San, is an executive chef by day and cookie business owner by night!
The life of a mompreneur is very unique, with challenges and amazing benefits unlike any other mom lifestyle. I created the Work Life Glue Box to help moms with the work/life balance struggles we face as mompreneurs and to create a built-in tribe in the process!
I love sharing ways to be more productive, to grow your business, to get the boring tasks done more efficiently so you have more time for the things that matter! Your mom time is sacred, so I'm all about finding ways to make the time you work on your business as efficient as possible! I also love to share ideas for making the time with your kids streamlined and connection-focused!
I'm on a mission to help other mompreneurs create balance that sticks! I want to help business-owning moms feel less isolated, get their businesses and homes under control, plan their life according to their priorities, make the most of the time they have with their kids, and go after their dreams!
I originally started creating videos on Youtube back in something like 2012. I wanted to show off my planner since I've always been a little planning-obsessed.
That morphed into me sharing our first home renovation and then the pregnancy journey after we had dealt with infertility before our first daughter.
We continued to just share parts of our life we thought might be helpful to others. Fast forward to becoming pregnant with baby girl #2 and I decided to rebrand to Work Life Glue with a mission to help fellow working moms create balance that sticks.
One growing Youtube channel, an online digital products shop, a podcast, social media presence, and Facebook group later, and I realized I wanted to do something *more.*
I wanted to create a course, open an online shop with physical products, coach other mompreneurs, and more, but I only have so much time! So, when I got the idea to create a subscription box, I realized I could do all of those things in one monthly box! It's a dream come true and I pray that it blesses every single mom who gets her hands on a box!
I know the ins and outs of being a mompreneur because I'm living it right there with you! I have three very active, crafty, loving, energetic, sometimes sassy daughters who keep me on my toes every second of every day! I homeschool and run my business at the same time, so I know the struggles but also the beautiful blessings that come with the mompreneur lifestyle!
